Bethesda Medical Centre was established in Suntec City since 1995. Recognising the limitations of solo GP practices and inherent lack of service support, Bethesda was set up as a multi-doctor comprehensive Medical & Screening Centre with modern equipped facilities to provide care in a convenient location. We have facilities to handle laboratory services, diagnostic radiology, hearing & eye assessment, lung function and cardiac evaluation, bone sonometry assessment, physiotherapy, nurse practitioner and diet counselling services. We also house a large pharmacy with a wide range of medicine and have been providing primary care and occupational health services in the community over a long time span.
We recognise that life expectancy of men and women in developed countries are increasing. Yet many of the risk factors that causes chronic diseases remains. Here at Bethesda, we strive to help patients be aware of and manage their health conditions and risks. Quality of living is just as important, and we work to keep our patients active and well, in various aspects of their physical, mental and emotional health. The name Bethesda is inspired by the Pool of Bethesda in Jerusalem where a multitude of sick people gathered for healing and from the Biblical parable of a bedridden man of 38 years being healed by Jesus.
