Migrant workers who are vaccinated overseas with the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) approved list of COVID-19 vaccines can have their vaccination records ingested onto the National Immunization Registry (NIR) once they have

(i) provided documentation proof of the vaccination, and

(ii) taken a serology test that returns with a positive result.

Please remind your workers to bring along their overseas vaccination documentation on the day of the visit. They will be required to take a serology test and their overseas COVID-19 vaccination records will be accepted and ingested onto the NIR only when the serology test results are positive. This may take a few days and their vaccination status will be updated on FWMOMCare app, Safe@Work and SGWorkPass when the results are made available.

Please do not call or email the medical centre for the serology results.

Vaccination records are now digital and can be found in FWMOM app, (from the app can click onto COVID-19 and vaccination), Trace Together, or Healthhub.  If worker’s vaccination record is on these apps, the serology result is assumed positive.

If serology is negative they would be arranged for vaccination. His overseas COVID-19 vaccination records will not be accepted and will be treated as an unvaccinated worker. In such situation, you can strongly encourage your migrant worker to take his vaccination in Singapore, which is available for free.

National Immunisation Registry data shared to FWMOMCARE app is done once daily. Hence after your migrant worker is vaccinated it would only be updated next day

CMP workers at MOM‘s Onboard Centre will be automatically scheduled for a serology test or get their records accepted in the NIR at the Onboard Centre.

For those who are not required to go through Onboard Centre, employers can also send the workers to our medical centre at Suntec City to take their serology test and get their vaccination status accepted in the NIR.
